Account Deletion Procedure

Users who wish to delete their accounts and associated data from PlotSign's servers must follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. Send an email to support@plotsign.com from the email address associated with their PlotSign account.

  2. Include in the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion." Provide relevant details in the body of the email, such as the username or email address associated with the account, to facilitate the deletion process.

  3. Once the request is received, PlotSign's support team will verify the identity of the requester to ensure the validity of the deletion request.

  4. Upon successful verification, PlotSign will proceed with the deletion of the user account and all associated data from its servers.

Data Deletion Process

  • Permanently delete the user account from the PlotSign database.
  • Remove all personal information, including but not limited to name, email address, contact details, and any other data provided by the user during registration or account usage.
  • Erase any files, documents, or content uploaded or created by the user on PlotSign's platform.
  • Ensure that backups and redundant copies of the deleted data are also removed from PlotSign's servers to prevent any inadvertent retention.

Confirmation of Deletion

Upon completion of the data deletion process, PlotSign will send a confirmation email to the requester, confirming that their account and associated data have been successfully deleted from PlotSign's servers.
